Location and Size:
Major metropolitan areas ranging from Boston, Mass. to Northern
Virginia, and specific “unique markets” throughout the
U.S. – minimum 100 units.
Asset Age:
1995 or newer, but will consider older properties with quality construction
and desirable location.
Deal Structure and Size:
Malvern Capital Partners will pay all cash, or cash with the assumption
of existing financing. Joint ventures and other ownership structures
will be considered. Individual properties, minimum of 100 units,
to large portfolios.
